Richard is so proud of his little sister Tiffini. She is the only female that has made it through SWAT training for Utah and is already guaranteed a spot on SLC SWAT when there is an opening. Now something about Tiffini is she is 5'1" and easily 110 (if that.) But she is giving everyone a run for their money. Richard is so excited for her, loves her and supports her.
